Services stuck on requesting

I'm trying to configure services on our IP phones for testing purposes (berbee) and for some reason, phone is stuck at requesting for a long period then goes on select services and nothing to select. please help... thanks in advance.

1. Please make sure your phone is subsribed to the services and then reboot your phone.

2. In enterprise parameters, make sure you use IP address and not hostname for services.

3. Is your publisher up? Try to get on a PC in the same subnet as the phone and browse to

http:///CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp. Does that pull up a web page? Services is based on port 80. If you have a router blocking port 80 between the phone and the pub, you might have problems.

thanks... the problem was with the IP address in enterprise parameters.
