Setting the time in CUE

Gurus,

I have a CUE module attached to a 2801 router, running CME. The time on the CME is correct, but the time-stamp the CUE leaves on messages is 45 minutes slow. How can I set the time? As far as I know, I have no NTP server to point the thing to, and the documentation seems to suggest that the clock cannot be set through the GUI or CLI.

I'm grateful for any advice.

Re: Setting the time in CUE

You have to use NTP. You are out of choice.

On the CME router, configure it to peer with a public NTP server.

ntp server

ntp master 1

On the CUE, sync clock via NTP to the CME router's ip address.

Re: Setting the time in CUE

I ran into the same problem a year or so back. Try using the CME router as the NTP server and set the CUE module to pull the time from it.
