Setting up Directory Lookup with AD

I am having some trouble with this project. My colleague followed all instructions for setting up the ASP files and installing the neccessary requirements. We are getting text returned on the phone that appears to be a html error when requesting the Corporate directory.

ANy tips on how to get this to work and where to debug to look for problems?

This is exactly the asp file under the ldap directory. What am I doing wrong and why won't it complete the job and display the directory.
