Setting up fast dials service

Can anyone give me a really easy document on setting up personal fast dials service that is tried and true? I am having some difficulty following the cisco document getting this to work. We are using CCM 3.2 and users really want to be able to set up their own speed dials

First have the user log in on the users login page. Then, don't go to speed dials go to Personal Address Book and select "Add New Entry" enter the users information (Including Phone number). When the user hits the speed dials on his services button this is where the information is. Plus they can put it in the order they want. I had to have the users set up seperate pages for each users number. But you can work with it from there and see how best to do it for you. Hope this helps.
