When setting up Operator "0" - transfer all calls to the operator (0 - is a specfic number), When unity says, transferring to the opertor, it seems to be dead air....as if it is connected, but there is silence, no ringing...<br>Any ideas...<br><br><br>Summer
It appears that Unity is trying to transfer to the operator and this fails for some reason. I don't have enough information to figure out why the transfer is failing. What type of switch are you using? Are there any errors in application event log? I assume transfers to other extensions are working correctly?
I have seen this behavior with the Cisco CallManager when things were configured incorrectly. If you are using the Cisco CallManager, then setup a phone in the same call search space, location, and region as the Unity uOne ports. Try transfering a call from this phone to the operater, does this work?
