We installed Unity 3.0 the port seems to be working fine. Added new subscriber and ext to Unity. When we press message on the IP Phone, it prompts us to enter user ID. At that point no matters what we enter we get invalid user ID.<br>We tried changing passwords, no passwords, passwords policy etc. Please help thanks<br><br>
