Setting user account with no password

I've got a strange request from a customer who has Unity 3.1.3. They want a common mailbox to be setup with no password. On the phone associated with this account, they want anyone to be able to press the messages button and hear them without having to press any additional buttons.<br><br>Is this possible? Actually, we do support subscribers with blank passwords - you can allow blank phone passwords via the SA Account Policy page. However, there is currently a bug that prevents this from working - CSCdw05408.

Even when this is fixed, the users will still have to at least press 1 to hear new messages once they log into the account.
