Is it possible to have multiple inbound calls on a shared line. I have the per-line Max Calls and Busy Trigger set to 2 and 1 respectively. The second inbound call to the shared line gets busy tone. If the Busy Trigger is increased then the second call is visible on the phone which answered the first inbound call (because it can now accommodate two calls per line before the busy trigger is reached). I thought if a shared line was busy, then only the other idle shared lines would ring.
