shared line in connecting state will not ring in on another call.
Call Manager 4.1.3sr3a
I have two phones that share each others extension. When PHONE A is on a call and another inbound call comes in it beeps and a visual indicator shows up on PHONE A and the phone rings normally PHONE B.
However, when PHONE A is in the process of dialing an external number (in other words a call is in a connecting state) and then another call comes inbound to PHONE A's DID it does not ring PHONE A at all but does ring PHONE B as expected and after PHONE A hangs up the call will not show up PHONE A when PHONE B puts the call on hold. So it appears like even though the call is on a shared line that particular call acts like it is not on a shared line.
Is this just by design or will this work in a different software release?
