show isdn history: second used field shows failed.

i am using 3640 as h323 voice gateway. when i do a show isdn histroy, it shows quite a number of "failed" records in the second used filed.

what does it indicate? any idea?

The "failed" in the "seconds used" field means that the connection attempt failed. You may want to send the "show isdn history" and a "show version" to TAC and let someone look it over.
