shutdown IIS on sub

Cisco SRND recommends to disable the IIS service on subscribers to reduce the possiblily of IIS attack. According to that we are going to shutdown this, is there any other problem except for disabling the ccmadmin access?

The only time I use sub IIS is to troubleshoot replication issues.

It is safe to shutdown sub IIS.
