Sick Unity

Hey Dudes.<br>Hope all is well.<br>We have a NEW installed Unity that appears a little sick.<br>The system was installed as supplied.<br>Mailboxes added and the integration for an NEC with MCI.<br><br>On the Status Monitor under the status column, the following is displayed.<br><br>Software\ActiveVoice\AvCsMgr\1.0\ComponentsToLoad<br>This is ususally on all four ports.<br><br>Sometimes it shows<br>ServicesToStop<br><br>The system appears not to answer sometimes and generally, its behaving irratickally (sorry 'bout spelling).<br><br>Any Ideas are welcomed.<br><br><br>

Not sure what version you're running, but there have been status monitor problems similiar to these in previous versions of Unity. These aren't really that serious (display text is bad, that's all... it's not related to port status directly). You can use the stand alone status monitor executable (found in the techtools directory under CommServer) if you need to see activity on the ports in real time (as opposed to the web based status monitor which is not my favorite thing in the world).

Unity not answering sometimes is a different issue entirely... not sure what that's about. You need to get in touch with our support folks and get some traces turned on.

The system was installed approx 2 weeks ago so it has fairly late software in it.
