Silent ring feature for CM

Hi,

Is it possible to provide a silent ring on a shared line using CM.

i.e only the ipphone at the secretary's desk should ring while the manager's desk ipphone should not be audible.

Renzil,

Yes you can do this on the Directory Number Configuration page of the manager's shared line - change the "Ring Setting (Phone Idle)" parameter to "Disable".
