How many phone are required?
With Cisco you have an option to deploy Cisco Callmanager Express (up to 240 phones) which resides on a router, or server based Cisco CallManager (a cluster can support up to 30,000 phones). There are some feature differences between the 2.
You can get more details in the data sheets:

hi chris,
I have one 2851 router and 40 IP phones. So I need not to setup separate call manager.
what are the other things I have to get for VOIP setup and configurations, I have to do?
