Hi,

we have two CUCM 9.1 & 11.0, need to communicate both CUCM End-users.

FYI. We were configured SIP TRUNK and router pattern, but no communication.

What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

Can you PING the sub of one cluster from the SUB of the cluster ?

After configuring the trunk did you make sure to save, apply config , reset?

What is the status of the trunk , top part of the trunk screen?

1) We were Used RTMT to check call flow, FYI. called and calling party no is correct. Eight Messages are Okay between two CUCM.
2) Yes. Pining Fine.
3) Yes. Saved and Reset.
4) Status=Ping connected.

if this helps, please rate

When end users trying to call any extension, the call was drop.
FYI. CUCM 9.0 is on the production network, CUCM 11.0 newly installed(Basic config).
Cisco IP Phone 7942 is registered, But on the display appearing the message "Select Service"?
Summary:
1) Replace Hostname, Edit Phone URL in Enterprise Parameter,
2) Auto Registration
3) SIP Trunk (Device Pool=Default, Destination Address with Port, SIP Trunk Security Profile, SIP Profile)
4) Router Pattern

Any FW's in between the two clusters?

A DNA run from each cluster going to a number on the other shows the call getting out correctly?

All Ports are allowed.
when I make a call to any exten, the call was to drop and DNA showing correct called and calling no.

We were configured ICT, and it's working fine.
