SIP trunks on CCM 4.1

Hello ,

i want to configure a sip trunk to the operator from a CCM 4.1.

at what stage should I provide SIP parmeters such as userID and password , outbound proxy etc .. ?

on sip trunk configuration we can only provide address of the proxy server ..
