After installing AV for CM 3.01 and above I do not see the folder called AvCisco TSP. Should I have installed it for 2.4 and above because of Skinny support?

The AVCisctoTSP (formerly known as the "sinny tsp") does not ship with the 2.4.0 CD, it will go with the 2.4.5 release coming soon.
to get the latest copy of the AvCiscoTSP you need to either head out to our dealer lounge (requires a login and PW) at http://www.activevoice.com/dealer/index.html and pick it up from there or, if you're not a dealer, call our sales support folks who will help you out. Contact them at 206-441-4700 x700 and they'll make sure you get it in your hands as quickly as possible.

Even better
management let us stick version 1.0.0.21 of the AvTSPCisco stuff out on the FTP site where its publicly available. For all you AVT folks monitoring the forum, sorry
it does check for a security key on the box before itll come up. Keep trying though.
Head out to
ftp://ftp.activevoice.com/Outgoing/AvCiscoTsp/
and youll see a single, self extracting executable there. Unpack it and itll have the install and instructions there for you.
This stuff will, of course, be included on the released 2.4.5 CDs coming soon. Until then well keep the latest version approved by QA out here.
