Small Call Center Application

I have a customer who wants to install AVVID to replace their legacy PBX but they want to keep their Octel Auto-attendant system which also helps to route customer calls to a small call-center of 15 customer reps. The Geotel is too big and expensive. Does anyone have a suggestion for the a small call-center platform for AVVID?

The auto attendant portion can be done by Unity (which Cisco now owns). Otherwise, take a look at one of Cisco's partners Interactive Intelligence and their EIC product. (www.inin.com)
