I have CCM 3.3 integrated via SMDI with CallWare voice-mail. We are having some issues with SMDI packets and keep alives on the voicemail system. Is there anyway to setup the VM pilot and corresponding ports to route calls to the VM system in a circular or longest idle fashion rather than hitting the first port and then fwb/na to the 2nd and so on? Any ideas would be appreciated.
