Just want to verify that Call Manager 3.0(11) support SNMP traps. If so, is there a special configuring procedure? I modified the "SNMP service" parameters to match my SNMP trap receiver. I enabled SNMP in the service parameter of the Call Manager. Cisco SNMP service is started. Do I have to configure anything else?
The problem I have currently is that I don't receive traps when I shut down the Call Manager service. To test that I can receive traps from this server, I programmed the server to send traps on DNS service failure. To test it, I stop the DNS service and I receive trap with correct info.
Any clue what my problem is? Also, if someone can give me a list of available traps genarated by the Call Manager.
