Softkey Templates

I am trying to add the barge-in softkey. When I go to the CCM administration screen, I'm not given the option of a softkey template. Any help would be great.

Go to Device, Device Settings, Softkey Template. You can add a new Softkey Template here and apply it to the phone where you want it added. Configure the softkey layout, and add Barge under the 'Remote in Use' state. This is the only state where you can see it (and the only state where it makes sense).

Note that the Barge feature has to be enabled on CallManager's Service Parameters page before this actually works.

Thanks, for the reply. Problem is, I don't have an option for the "softkey template." Under device, the options are: "Add a new device", "cti route plan", "device profile", "gatekeeper", "gateway", "phone, "firmwareload information", "phone button template."

Is there a way to add the softkey template?

Are you sure you are running CM 3.3? Softkey Templates only became available in this version.
