Has anyone seen this?

If I have two users on hold, I go to transfer the first user; the soft key template for transfer (the ability to put in the ext to transfer to) comes up slow. We have noticed that the volume button affects this feature, if the volume is high, the soft key template for the transfer option is slow, if the volume is low, the transfer option is normal. Any ideas?

Abbreviated dialing is not available when transferring a call or doing Ad-Hoc conference. Fast dial is the best option to use.

The Cisco IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer can then be used, and users can subscribe to the service through the Cisco CallManager User pages.
