Softphone CTI port tracing

I've been having issues with users on the Softphone software. I need some advise from the AVVID gurus as to how I can trace a CTI port to pull statistics of a current call.

I think you are trying to use a cti route point not a cti port. For softphone you need to use a cti port. When you add devices add phone and select cti port. Remeber to delete the route point and associate the new port with your user. You will probably have to reboot your pc after you have made these changes.
