I saw a demo of this last year, but it wasn't a Cisco product. Name of the company escapes me at the moment, but worked well with the AP350. Didn't support SRST and you needed to use an ear piece/microphone like you have on a mobile phone. This was demo'd on an IPAQ and the microphone and speaker are right next to each other - nice feedback without the mic :-)
