Softphone invalid CODEC message

Hi,

When I start a call or answer a call via the IP Sofphone I get the message 'Audio Error: invalid CODEC. You may need to repeat the call or restart the Softphone'. When I proceed the call the the remote speaker hear me, but I do not hear him. So, Ony-way speech to.

Does some reconize this and have a tip to solve this???

Your softphone is a member of a devicepool, which in turn will be assigned to a region. Check which codecs have been configured for the region that is controlling the softphone.

You can also try using the "always use low bandwidth codec" in the softphone settings.

Thx for the tip. I check once again these setting and put them in the same region or other region and put th ephone in the right devicepool. Still the same sympthoms and error messages.
