softphone issue-system hangs

we have call manager 3.3(2)sp c. I have 2 new brand computers. When the caller hangs the call,system hang and give the following error.Than we have to reboot the system or sometime you can restrt the softphone.

She can't seem to be doing multiple tasks. If she is in Applied and tries to answer the phone it kicks her out. She is able to hear receptionist but the second the call is transferred she is kicked out of the entire system.

When she is trying to retrieve voice mail and has an incoming call it locks her out of her phone and she has to totally shut down and restart to get back in.

Did any body had this experience before? Any help will be appreciated.
