I cannot control any of the lines in Softphone........
I've added a CTI Port and named it. I then added a directory number for it and associated the Softphone to a user in the global directory like I've done dozens of times..
When statring softphone I choose the line and it starts ok, but the line near the top of the softphone says "Out of Service". I get the same error if I select a line to control my 7960 IP phone.
I had to reinstall Call manager 3.2(2c) and the AD plugin last week while trying to get Call manager to do AD searches. Prior to this I was able to at least use Softphone to control my 7960.
I do see these errors in the Softphone trace files.
