Hi Everybody
The Softphone Line Selection is empty, so we can't use it.
Our config is:
CM
Created CTI Port for Softphone
Add DN for CTI
PC side
Installed plug-in JTAPI
And Softphone

Have you associated the softphone with a user?

Check the users passwords match in the directory and their TSP settings.
Check the user is associated with a device
Check the User has their CTI box ticked.
Check the users passwords match in the directory and their TSP settings.
Oh and just in case check their passwords again
You don't need to install the JTAPI (at all) or the Telephony service provider seperate as Softphone does this for you

Guess what I have found to be the most common problem!!!

Also, make sure the CTI Manager IP address is entered correct in the Softphone settings.
