softphone lines not appearing

I have searched this group for related topics and came up with no ideas, so I thought I would post. We are using the 1.2 softphone on CCM 3.1(2c). I have, I believe, the softphones configured correctly. I can say this because they work just fine sometimes (the lines appear) and then others they don't. I have tried rebooting the PC, the CCM, checked passwords (we are using the corporate directory with LDAP on CCM), verified that that TSP is correct in Phone and Modem options, etc, etc. all the things I have read to check, but this is intermittent. It may be related to using the corporate directory, but not sure. Anyone else have any consistent success with this?

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive trouble-shooting session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

Hi,

I have a similar problem. CM 3.1 and IP softphone. no lines appear when I start up softphone. Did you fix this problem eventually? What's the solution?
