SoftPhone no lines - all avenues exhausted!!

Hi all,

Ever since I've updated to CM 3.1, I can't get my softphone to work.

It comes up with no lines to select, despite the TSP being set up properly, I've de-installed, re-installed, checked my password and user logon but with no luck.

Any help would be very much appreciated - it should be easy!!

User: Bob

Password: bobb

(I can log on to CCMUser using this). = CM


I can ping and browse to the CM.

Device called = SoftPhone (as per instruction example) and associated with Bob.

Any other ideas?

Hello Stuart,

When you upgraded to CM 3.1 did you upgrade to the newest TSP? Try deleting TSP and reinstalling.

Thanks for this hint. It turns out there is actually something wrong with my PC, and that's what causing it. A complete reinstall of Windows and all seems fine.
