I have successfully configured 5 softphones already. The sixth one shows "not found" when I view phones. I have reviewed all settings, removed and recreated the cti port, etc. It's like a phone with the wrong mac address but this is associated with a working phone extension. I have CCM 3.3; Softphone pc is Windows 2000 sp4.
I ran softphone on my computer using the credentials of the user and it worked fine. When I then listed softphones in CCM 3.3, it was no longer "not found" but unregistered with an ip of 0.0.0.0. Now, I will test the software at the user's computer and see it that fixed it.
