Softphone One Way Voice over VPN Software client -remote users

I have several cases of clients using Softphone ver 1.3(2a) and experiencing one way voice. This is either with being able to hear the voice on their headset and the microphone not working or the other way round. There are various settings on the Network Audio settings tab which are set to work properly when clients are in the office -hence this problem only happens at home. I suspect its something to with the VPN software client. The version they use is 3.0.4 Can you advice how to investigate.

in the network audio settings did you set the VPN ip address for the softphone to use?

Hi,

This did work for one of my clients. What is the affect of using a firewall in the setup. How does stateful and non-stateful firewalls affect the one way voice?
