I have working ICM (4.6.1) , CallManager(3.2) + IVR configuration
Few agents can connect to ICM and works with cisco hard phones
I want to agents could use Cisco Softphone ..and Media Termination ..
All my hard phones configured in ICM in Configure->DeviceExplorer->Configuration parameters like this
/devtype ciscophone /dn 55XX
and this works well ..
but I cant understand how to add cisco Softphine or media termination in my ICM
The media term and softphones are added the same way. You would have the same /devtype CiscoPhone /DN xxxx entry for them. I have many agent media term phones setup this way.
