Softphone Problem

After changing the IP address of the H.323 gateway, softphone still attempts to stream audio toward old address when establishing call to PSTN. Old gateway address is no longer configured in Call Manager (3.14a) and all route patterns point to new gateway address. Is the gateway address cached somewhere in the Softphone application?

Verify network connectivity first by pinging the CallManager address from your PC. If no replies are sent back from the CallManager then there is a network connectivity problem. Double check configs and routes, if it still is not connecting then try rebooting the PC.
