When I try to make a call from my softphone to another person near me they cannot hear me. I have uninstalled the softphone and re-installed it and it will work for a day or two then it stops again. I am using the latest version 1.3(3) on a CCM 3.3.

Check the network connectivity between the 2 subnets. Make sure that the Network Audio IP setting is correct. Have your Audio input and output ports been set to Automatic?

I have the same problem, Callmanager version is 3.3(4), the conectivity between phones and softphone is OK, the Network Audio IP is the IP of my PC and ports are automatic, I have installed the softphone in two different PCs and the result is the same, any solution? Thank you.
