Hello, I would like to know how can I go about purchasing software for cucm and other features? do I need to go through a vendor? because I cannot download from cisco. Thanks

Yes, you need to purchase the softwares.

You can get in touch with Cisco Partner mentioning your requirement who can design the solution and place order to Cisco of BOQ containing H/W, Application S/W and necessary licenses.
