How (and Where...) can i view and report the CDR calls in the Cisco CallManager? It's also possible when i'm using CCM with a gateway? Is possible to view in CDR the calls that go through the gateway to PSTN, for example?

I'm not sure about what are you thinking, but if you are working with h.323 a router (so ccme too) can send information about cdr to a server:

Hi, have you seen the CDR Analisys and Report Tool for CCM?
If you're using CCME, take a look at the url (monitoring call activity):

Isabel,
I read the doc for CCME and it can be deployed with another CDR Solution?

Hi, I only know a solution with stonevoice, I've used the solution for CCM and it works very well, I think for CCME it will work well too.

Interesting, but the CCME router can send the call details to the CDR viewed in the Callmanager? Example, from an IP phone that dials to the PSTN or other sites through the CCME?

Hi,
You can also try the MIND system that works very well for CCM and CCME.
