sorry,example administrator is busy

I have opening greeting A, on this greeting we press 2 to greeting B. We use unitygreeting administrator to record the greeting on B.However when call in greeting A and press 2 we hear "sorry,example administrator is busy or not answer"

What could be the problem?

That's the system generate greeting - this is most likely a situation where the active greeting being triggered is not recorded - for instance the alternate greeting is active or the after hours greeting is being triggered.

Try configuring the alternate greeting to be active from the greetings administrator conversation to make sure you know which one is being hit by callers.
