SOS: 7940 conflict with Callmanger

Hi,

I configured the 7940 phone to use the template of 7940-1 line button-template. But I cannot see my phone extension. It's only when I used 7940-2 line, button-template, then I can see my extension.

Is there any problem with this? Is it a callmanager defunc? or is it a phone-load defunc, Please advise.

I think it's a bug. Did you check your versions against bug toolkit? You might try TAC for help on this.

where do you not see the extension? At the top right, or on the line itself? You can add a line description at the bottom of the device line config. I am using a couple of hundred 7940s and ccm 3.2.2c, and I have had no problems.
