When checking voice messages through the PC in Exchange there is either no sound or the volume is extremely low even though other wav. files play fine. Any help or suggestions ??

Are you using TRAP to play these back or the speakers on your PC? Do these messages sound ok when you check them over the phone? Have you fiddled with the record volume adjustment using WavGain by any chance?

We are using the speakers on the PC and yes, the messages play perfectly through the phone. The issue is, is that it's only happening on a few PC's so I'm wondering if it is a sound card issue specific to those PC's. Thanks

Well... if the volume is ok over the phone it's probably something specific to their sound cards/drivers or settings. So you crank the volume up on the VMO media master control and it's still quiet?
I'm not aware of any specific sound card compatibility issues right off hand...
