Space in Mailbox

Are system states that they we unlimited space in our mailbox but the system doesn't allow voicemail when user has alot saved messages. The report I ran was the storage usage report and it told me everyone had unlimted space.<br><br>

the report could be pulling the wrong info there... we don't actually controll the space in your inbox, this is set in the Exchange administrator and it's actually enforcing it, not us. Can you check and see if a site/server/user policy has inbox size restrictsions in this case? If so, it may just be a bug in our report module not querying correctly for the set limits.
