Hi! I need to activate an option "Desktop recording" with IP Phones 7961, 7941. But in CCM Phone Configuration, in section "Product Specific Configuration", field with option "SPAN to PC Port" does absent. And recording of agents call - failed.
In Phone Configuration of IP phone 7985, for example, this field is present and recording does work well.
