Customer is using L&H 3000 speech engine at Unity 3.15. They complain the text speech aren't clear.
1. Is real speak better than L&H3000? Do they have to order that?
2. Is L&H 3000 is by default coming with all the unity without any charge? How about Unity 4.0
3. Is it easy to install a new engine?
Thanks

1. yes, Real Speak is better
2. TTS is not free with Untiy 3.x - you have to purchase TTS sessions, same deal with 4.0. Real Speak is the only engine that's being supported in 4.0 I believe - at least at the moment.
3. It should just be a matter of applying the new key settings for the real speak engine sessions and running an upgrade on your system.
