Looking at PA to provide speech recognition for routing incoming calls to extensions. Has anyone used this? Are there any limitations found? Could it be used for a full blown unattended facility to front end calls coming in to about 200 extension?
Other than Nuance Corp. does anyone know of other providers of compatible Speech recognition to do this with Call Manager?

Hi Rory,
PA speech recognition can be used to call any person in corporate directory apart from the other funtionalities provided by speech rec like conferencing, voicemail etc. The caller need to say the first and last name to dial the person.
The outside callers (callers not in corporate directory) can dial PA AA route point
and use PA speech recogintion to dial any person in corporate directory.
PA can be used for 200 extensions. In case of big setup, PA clustering can be done.
Regards,
Sachin
