This is a silly question but when I set up speed dials on a 7970 in phone configuration in callmanager the speed dials don't show up on the phones, am I missing something? Thanks in advance

Hi Efrain,

Only if the Phone Button Template for the 7970 is set up as 1-Line and 7-Speed Dials. I'm not on site right now so I can't check but I don't think the default Button Template is set up as such. If not you will need to create a new Phone Button Template with the 1-Line 7-Speed Dial combination.

Hi Efrain,

Have you checked the Phone Button Template being used for the 7970 to be sure that it can accomodate the number of Speeddials you are assigning? Also using Save and Close then resetting the phone?

Rob

They are in there, they are just not associated with any of the line buttons I have, I have 8 lines and my primary line so I should be able to have speed dials on the other 7 lines right?

Hi Efrain,

You are most welcome my friend! Were you able to get this fixed up? I think users really love these type of Speed Dials!

Rob
