Hello - We have a fairly new install of CCM 5.1 utilizing mostly 7941 phones. How do I go about allowing users to set up their own speed dials? Is this done via a web page that I have to create or is there one already out there. I have set a few phones up with abbreviated dials but that is time consuming for me to do so I'd like to have the users able to do their own speed dials (or fast dials) whichever is easier. Thank you!
Users should be able to go to http:///ccmuser and add/edit speed dials. This is assuming that you have added the users in CCM admin and associated their phones to their accounts.
