SQL Error on CM Sub.

Received the following. Any ideas why?

Event Type: Warning

Event Source: SQLServerAgent

Event Category: Job Engine

Event ID: 208

Date: 10/5/2001

Time: 7:10:04 AM

User: N/A

Computer: PTSCM03

Description:

SQL Server Scheduled Job 'Ptscm01-Ccm0300-Ccm0300-PTSCM03-Ccm0300- 0' (0x3199B03A06105E4886BAC8E0301AD486) - Status: Failed - Invoked on: 10/5/2001 7:10:00 AM - Message: The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 1 (Replication Agent Schedule.). The last step to run was step 1 (Run agent.).

The database from the publisher appears to replicate okay to the subscriber, and failover works fine.

Re: SQL Error on CM Sub.

Is CCM0300 the highest numbered database? You can check this by going into Enterprise Manager. If it is not then you should be able to safely ignore messages about it.

Re: SQL Error on CM Sub.

If you go to SQl Enterprise Manager what is the latest CCM030X database you have. If it is something like CCM0301 or CCM0302. Then that is not the active database and it will not cause any problems. If you want to clear the messages out of the event log I would open a case with the TAC and they will be able to help you resolve this.

Thank you,
