SQL server and high CPU

I have a CM pub running 3.3.3 and one sub. Every so often the SQL server uses a lot of CPU at the same time of day. In this case, 4:00pm. Is this normal and how can I find out what SQL job/process is doing it? The SQL server logs (in Enterprise Manager) don't show anything happening at that time. What else can I look for? Thanks.

Re: SQL server and high CPU

Have you upgraded recently? Check for related bugs. The ones that I have seen talk about the CPU usage being 100% and huge number of log files being created, but that doesn't look like the case here. You could try using a sniffer to check the traffic at the time when the CPU usage goes high.
