SRST and HSRP

If I want to load SRST on 2 CISCO 3745 routers and use HSRP will this work?

I know that SRST works with HSRP so I believe it will. What I am uncertain about is whether or not both 3745 routers are going to run keepalives back to the CallManager server and will this work. I know in version 3.3 you can use device pools for SRST but I don't believe that will work because I will be using a HSRP address.

Yes HSRP it will work with SRST.

The routers don't send keep alives to the CallManager. In fact they really have no idea that CallManager even exists. All keep alives and re-registrations are handled by the phones.
