SRST and outbound fast busy tone

I have two remote sites A and B. A's PRI is connecting to DMS-100 switch and B' PRI is connectiong to GDP switch. In SRST mode, both incoming OK, but outbound from A gets fast busy tone. The configuration on both routers are same.

Here is the debug on the router A when make outbound call.

Personally I think its protocol compatibility issue. Any idea for this?

It's possible the DMS is not liking the called number plan/type. Try the following under the D channel config -

isdn map address . plan unknown type unknown

This will overide the current called number plan and type from ISDN/unknown to unknown/unknown
